Our Story
Joe Pullman Roofing & Construction was founded on faith, family, and a commitment to hard work. Our founder, Joe Pullman, a United States Navy veteran who served during the Vietnam era, came to Stuttgart, Arkansas with a strong work ethic and a desire to build something lasting. After marrying Ella Jeanne Connolly, he spent years working throughout the Stuttgart area, earning trust the old-fashioned way—through integrity and dependable craftsmanship in residential roofing services. In 1986, he formally established Joe Pullman Roofing. At the time, his son Joseph Pullman Jr.—known to most as Joey—was just five years old. The company remained a small, local operation for many years, focused on serving neighbors and building a reputation one roof at a time. Around 2008, the business began to grow. With the continued support of the community and the grace of God, new opportunities opened. During that season of growth, Joey stepped into leadership and took over daily operations. Under his direction, the company expanded its reach while holding firmly to the values it was built on: honesty, quality workmanship, and personal responsibility. Today, the next generation is part of that legacy. Joey and his sons—Landon Pullman and Brody Pullman—represent the future of the company. What began as one man’s commitment to serve his community has grown into a multi-generation family business rooted in faith and local relationships. We believe business should be personal.
